Who is Rattlor from Masters of the Universe?

He is a character from the Masters of the Universe franchise. He is a member of the Snake Men, a group of villains in the Masters of the Universe toy line, animated series, and comic books.

Often depicted as a humanoid snake creature with a snake-like head and a snake tail for a lower body. He is known for his venomous bite and his ability to extend his arms. One of the primary henchmen of King Hiss, the leader of the Snake Men.

In the Masters of the Universe animated series, he made appearances as one of the antagonists, often working alongside other Snake Men to carry out their plans to conquer Eternia and defeat He-Man and his allies.

In terms of action figures, Rattlor was part of the original Masters of the Universe toy line released by Mattel in the 1980s. The figure featured a spring-loaded mechanism that allowed Rattlor’s arms to extend when a lever on his back was pressed.
