Who is the Looter in Amazing Spider-man #36

The Looter, also known as Norton Fester, is a fictional supervillain appearing in Marvel Comics. He first appeared in this issue.

Norton Fester was a scientist who became obsessed with obtaining superhuman powers. He discovered a meteor fragment that granted him enhanced strength, speed, and durability. Believing himself to be unbeatable, he adopted the identity of the Looter and embarked on a criminal career.

The Looter’s primary nemesis is Spider-Man. In their initial encounter, Spider-Man manages to defeat the Looter and foil his plans. However, the Looter has made subsequent appearances over the years, often as a minor antagonist in various Spider-Man comics.

While the Looter possesses superhuman abilities, he is generally portrayed as a relatively low-level threat compared to other major villains in the Marvel Universe. Despite his enhanced physical attributes, his lack of experience and strategic thinking often make him susceptible to defeat.
